The Alpine Haus is a local, family owned and operated German Restaurant. We strive to give our customers a unique and memorable dining experience. In the pursuit of these goals, all of our food is prepared to order; therefore, we only prepare a set daily amount. We use only the freshest ingredients and choicest cuts of meat, hand selected and lovingly crafted, using authentic old-world recipes and methods of preparation. We continue to further the New Braunfels German tradition and history through detailed preparation of our German food dishes and a wonderful Gemutlichkeit (ambiance). Our quality of product means everything to us and may take additional time to prepare, so please allow for a little wait during busy periods and we recommend placing a reservation to ensure a table.
